2020 was the year of the Drive Thru. In fact, blasting your favorite song and taking a trip to the Drive Thru was probably one of the few fun things we could do in 2020. So for the Super Bowl, McDonald’s is thanking its fans for Driving Thru with a celebratory, musical spot that features a custom mashup of all the songs we love to listen to in our cars, from Celine Dion to 2020 chart-topper “Mood” by 24KGoldn. It’s a small reminder that, even though we spent most of 2020 apart jamming out in our cars, we were still kind of doing it together.
