Brawl Stars: Revenge of the Three

Tokyo

Three is better than one.

To celebrate the mobile game’s most notable feature—three-versus-three teamplay—the enemies always arrive in groups of three and take over-the-top, unexpected measures to defeat the hero.

The film resurrects the world of V-cinema—a Japanese low-budget, direct-to-video industry most popular in the ’90s—through the hands of two of the most iconic faces of the genre, director Takashi Miike and actor Sho Aikawa. Joined by an eclectic cast including comedians, YouTubers, and even professional skaters, the film evokes nostalgia while also appearing fresh and new.

There are also hidden V-cinema and “Brawl Stars” references for core fans, and the game trailer, teasers, and tips acted out by members of the cast are available on the “Brawl Stars” official YouTube page. In addition, behind-the-scenes and original YouTuber content are also available on the YouTube channels of KioKio and Dozle.
