When you walk through the doors of any Wieden+Kennedy office, you won’t see trophy cases of awards or a TV playing the latest work. Instead, you’ll see people. Specifically, portraits of people that work there.
To mark its 14th anniversary in China, Wieden+Kennedy Shanghai overhauled its staff portrait gallery to bring to life one of the most important things in local culture – food.
The series is called “Hometown Food Face” and the concept is simple. Each employee selected a famous food or delicacy from their hometown and hand-made a costume that highlighted that food along with their face.
