Absolutely beautiful! Great, great, great choice to light the adult women softly and use hair & make-up. They can be deeply strong and superficially beautiful at the same time!

The shots of the young girls framed off-center in the middle part of the commercial caused my eyes to dart back-and-forth, which disturbed the strong continuity of centered framing you established. You then return to the centered framing.

The extreme close-ups of the adult women is a very bold and effective choice - fantastic!!!! What I love most about it is how vulnerable it makes them. I'm wondering how close the actual camera was to them during the shoot - the closer the better to make an otherwise strong personality more vulnerable :)
