Since the March 2011 earthquake, society and culture have undergone rapid changes in Japan. In particular the youth have woken up and are looking to take control of their lives by doing things they are passionate about. Long accepted authorities are now being questioned, and it’s clear that Japan will be a very different nation in the future. Nike launched Own Tomorrow to amplify and draw attention to this new movement through the lens of sport.
