To celebrate National Smile Week, Coca-Cola put its positive twist on a live response campaign to get our Facebook fans smiling. Fans who shared fun facts about themselves were rewarded with a personalized haiku, or “smile-ku.” Over a three day period, Coca-Cola crafted personalized smile-kus for 510 fans, which engaged nearly 100,000 users and generated a Facebook post that saw the highest number of comments to date this year.
