Delta Air Lines
No Bag Left Behind
September 22, 2014
Travel along with a very special bag and experience the care and certainty that only Delta can bring to your journey, every step of the way.

The spot also marks the first use of color since Keep Climbing began in 2010, directed by Noam Murro and accompanied by the voice over of Donald Sutherland.

Great ad, brings out that fear everybody has while traveling. The irony however, is the fact that my suitcase just arrived from Atlanta. Yes I was flying Delta. Great Ad though.

Great job! Smart to focus on the human fear of losing one's belongings. The personification of the bag too was interesting, maybe a little heavy handed. It could easily have been an adult with a present for someone they were visiting, or someone returning with gifts for their kids, as those a truly real scenarios. How difficult was it to get Delta's buy in?

The connection between the girl and the bag are not crystal although her facial expression presumes there is concern for the bag. A smile, sigh of relief or approval when she notices her bag coming around on the belt would have been great.(Or) maybe a hug for the bag when it comes off of the belt before it hits the floor. Slightly dramatic yes, but kids are just that. Overall great concept and execution. Good job.
