The spot follows Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant on a midnight journey to an underground gym where he joins other “club members,” boxer Andre Ward and Oklahoma City Thunder’s Victor Oladipo in an exclusive late-night training ritual.

The ad is inspired by a real training ritual, Michael Jordan’s “Breakfast Club.” Established by Jordan in 1989, the club started as a pre-practice workout for a team hungry for a championship, but ultimately came to symbolize the mind-set of champions everywhere—if you want to be beat the status quo, you have to go above and beyond. And get up really early.
