Assembled using footage shot for (but never included in) the Beautiful Losers film. Examples: Ian MacKaye, Kim Gordon, Thurston Moore, Glen Friedman, Tony Hawk, etc.

The fourth installment of Skate and Create talks to and about the wide range of visual artists who have spawned from skate culture. We talk about the artistic temperament and how it applies to being a skateboarder, as well as different applications of creativity in graphics, painting, and other forms of fine art. The segment includes interviews with icons such as Geoff McFetridge, Andy Jenkins, Thomas Campbell, Ray Barbee, Kevin Ancell, Thurston Moore, Tony Hawk and others.

Stoked to be a part of all this. I have devoted my life to this underground style skate art since 1985, great to see the movement finally getting props lately. Also cool to see Kevin Ancell wearing my "Kill Them With Kindness" shirt in the DIY pt. 4 clip above!
