We have space in our Portland office for talented, experienced technologists with strong, practical coding skills. We've got roles like creative coders, front and back end developers, and lead engineers – but rather than just listing off a bunch of titles to squeeze people into, we'd like to hear about you. And read your code.

Tell us what you've made, why and how you made it, and how you learned to make it. Send us links to things you're proud of. We don't mind what tools you used - though we're really interested in that, so we'll want to know why you chose them, and why you love them so much.

We know creating involves making, and because of that we value craft and detail as much as imaginative, lateral thinking. We also value eclecticism, flexibility, enthusiasm and dedication to delivery, whether of a punchy prototype or an elegant execution.

So if you're knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate, and you're excited to pitch in at any and all stages of creative and execution processes, here's what to do:
