For the global launch of Levi's "Go Forth" campaign, the film starring real pioneering youth of Berlin delivers a message of hope and empowerment. The film, directed by Ralf Schmerberg, features scenes of the German landscape from Berlin to the Baltic Sea and includes the poem “The Laughing Heart” by American poet, novelist and short story writer, Charles Bukowski.

A captivating and inspiring piece. I could have not discovered this piece of work at any better time in my life. Words cannot express the ways this spot has helped me get through one of the darkest times in my life. Even a simple one minute advertisement for jeans can give someone hope.

This could well be my favourite ad of all time. Is this even an 'ad' though? Perhaps that's why I like it so much if I'm asking that question.

Is the VO Alan Arkin? What a lovely texture to the voice.

What a wonderful spot FOR life. Beautifully shot also. Wonder who the DOP was?
